I have tried many different types of pencils, both cheap and expensive mechanical ones. But this one stayed with me, and it's even affordable.
The nib is thin and precise and it has a knurled metal grip. It's heavier than most pencils, which is nice as you don't have to press as hard when writing, reducing the risk of cramps in your wrist.
I have had mine for several years and can attest to good quality. Simply an all-round pencil for everything.

Ruler, protractor and more, all in one!
It's called a geometry-dreieck (it's German I think) and is very useful for drawings, blueprints and sketches. With this it's easy to draw perfectly perpendicular and parallel lines.
